Broiled Butterfly Lobster Tails

Recipe Ingredients

  • Lobster Tails
  • cilantro lime and garlic marinade
  • ghee butter
  • minced garlic
  • fresh lime
  • parsley/cilantro
  • ground pink Himalayan salt
  • pepper
  • old bay seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Clean lobster tails thoroughly, let soak in lime or lemon water for a hour or so.
  2. Pre heat stove set to broil
  3. Drain it out
  4. Use meat scissors and cut open lobster tails
  5. Pour marinade over lobster and let sit for a hour or so (I usually let my marinade set overnight in fridge for extra flavor)
  6. Mix ghee, minced garlic, pink Himalayan salt in small bowl and pour over marinaded lobster tails
  7. squeeze fresh lime and add pepper
  8. put in oven to broil for 15-25 minutes
  9. remove and add sprinkles of old Bay and garnish with cilantro/parsley

Serve with favorite side. I usually like to compliment with mashed or scalloped potatoes with asparagus.
