40 Days No Flesh Challenge

I’ve begun my 40 Days No Flesh Challenge and I already know it’s a major feat because I’m a fluffy girl who loves to eat, which is why I decided to make it public so I can be held accountable. My discipline is as strong as Donald Trump’s hairline, so it’s really going to be challenging for me.

Why No Flesh? And for 40 days?!

Well, I am serious about my transformation journey this time 😩

Cut the Shxt! I said I’m SERIOUS THIS TIME!

Anyway…So some people do the No Meat challenge, but they may partake in seafood, I don’t even want the seafood, I want to push it to my limits, and because I already struggle with discipline I want to test my strength of wills to the extreme.

I’m doing this to recharge and transform my body. If I can do no flesh for 40 days, I can do anything! Even if I make it to 30 I will feel successful, because 30 is more than halfway. Aim for the moon, you may reach the stars, or is it, aim for the stars ….either way you aim high! That way you still hit a decent target!

I chose 40 days because forty days was the period from the resurrection of Jesus to the ascension of Jesus (Acts 1:3). Jesus was tempted by the devil for 40 days and nights in the Judaean Desert. During this time, satan came to Jesus and Jesus, having refused each temptation, satan then departed. So I know for me I am going to feel like I’m in the wilderness of starvation some days, my body will go through some crises and sufferation, I will be tempted by the aromas and visual aesthetics of food porn and being around others who have a different palette, but I will refuse each temptation from the food devil’s! Well, at least try to! But I will be honest with you guys along the way. The following 39 days will be subscription content only. Are you willing to take the challenge?

I will be documenting my weight, taking selfies and videos, journaling my emotions and thoughts, affirmations and workouts, as well as no flesh recipes. So if you guys have any resources that you would like to share please feel free to contact me.

I took 2 tbsp of cold pressed Olive oil (🤮had to chase it with my smoothie it was so disgusting reminds me of castor/cod liver oil🤮) and 2 CKLS (Colon, Kidney, Liver, Spleen) clean out herbs to get this detox party started
Last week before I even thought of doing this challenge I had a Avocado toast from Dunkin Donuts and decided I can make my own rendition at home. So Day 1 dinner was cinnamon raisin English muffins with ghee, baked til crispy, & covered in guacamole. Vwala! Avocado Toast!
Then when I got hungry again and craved for something sweet I made a mango, banana, kiwi, pineapple smoothie with coconut water and chia seeds. #Slappin!

And although I drank my smoothie late, around 9pm my last intake was the English muffins around 7:30pm.
